What we do, for homes and for businesses
Smart home and IoT work is where our attention is. It sits on top of twenty-five years of software and infrastructure work, which we also do on its own.
Primary focus
AI smart home & IoT
One integrated system for your house, with reasoning that runs on your own hardware.
Specialist service
Software development
Applications, integrations and automation built around how your business actually works.
Specialist service
IT infrastructure & support
Networks, cabling, security and the people who answer the phone when it breaks.
Primary focus
AI smart home & IoT
We design and install a single system for the whole house, then teach the people who live there how to use it. The assistant runs locally, so the house keeps working when the internet does not.
Design & audit
A walkthrough of your wiring, network and existing devices, ending in a written plan: what is reusable, what is missing, what it costs, and in what order to do it.
Network & hub
Enterprise WiFi, structured cabling where it helps, and a segmented network that keeps smart devices away from the machines you bank on. Then the hub that runs everything.
Devices & sensors
Lighting, locks, climate, cameras, audio, outlets, and the leak, motion and door sensors that let the house respond to conditions instead of the clock.
Private AI assistant
Local voice control and reasoning on hardware you own. Ordinary sentences in, sensible combinations of actions out, with your recordings staying in the building.
Scenes & dashboards
One screen laid out around your household rather than around the product categories, and named scenes for the moments that repeat every day.
Handover & support
Training for everyone in the house, documentation you can hand to the next owner, and a number that reaches someone local when something needs changing.
Specialist service
Software development
Most businesses have at least one process that runs on a spreadsheet, a group chat and somebody's memory. That is usually where we start.
We build custom applications, connect systems that were never designed to talk to each other, and automate the repetitive work that quietly consumes a day a week. We will also tell you when an off-the-shelf product would serve you better than anything we could build, because a client who did not need us this year is often a client who does next year.
Custom applications
Web and mobile software built for a specific operation rather than adapted from something generic. Internal tools, customer portals, booking and scheduling, field data capture.
Interface & API integration
Getting your point-of-sale, accounting, inventory and CRM systems to exchange information automatically, so nobody is retyping the same order into a second screen.
Web & e-commerce
Sites and online stores that are fast, findable and maintainable by your own staff, with payment, inventory and fulfilment wired into the systems you already run.
AI & machine learning
Forecasting, classification, document handling and customer-facing assistants — applied where the numbers justify it. We are equally happy to tell you when a simple rule would do the job for a fraction of the cost.
Business analytics
Reporting that answers the questions you actually ask on a Monday morning, drawn from your live systems rather than from a spreadsheet somebody exports by hand.
Point-of-sale & RFID
Retail and hospitality systems, stock tracking, and tag-based asset and inventory management for businesses that lose real money to things going missing.
Specialist service
IT infrastructure & support
The unglamorous layer that everything else depends on. When it is done well nobody mentions it, which is exactly the problem with getting it funded.
We design, install and look after networks for offices, clinics, restaurants, retail sites and warehouses across Greater Houston — and then we stay reachable, which turns out to be the part clients value most.
Structured cabling & WiFi
Proper cable runs, patch panels and access points positioned by survey rather than by guesswork. Coverage that holds up in a warehouse, a metal-framed building or a house with thick walls.
Network design
Switching, routing, VLANs and guest access designed so that a compromised device or a busy till cannot take down everything else on the site.
Cyber security
Firewalls, segmentation, backup and recovery, access control and staff awareness. Practical protection sized to your business, and a plan for the day something does get through.
Managed support
Monitoring, patching, and a person who answers when something stops. We work with businesses that have no internal IT team and with those whose team needs a second pair of hands.
Project management
Moves, expansions, new sites and system migrations run to a schedule, with the vendors coordinated so you are not the one chasing three suppliers.
Training
Sessions for your staff on the systems they use daily and the security habits that prevent most incidents. Delivered in plain language, on site.
Industries we know well
Twenty-five years produces a lot of specific knowledge about how particular businesses actually run, which is usually more valuable than knowing another programming language.

Point-of-sale, stock, e-commerce
Restaurants
Ordering, kitchen systems, WiFi
Healthcare
Secure networks, compliance
Automotive
Workshop systems, integration

How engagements usually work
| Shape | When it fits |
|---|---|
| Fixed-scope project | You know what you need built or installed. We scope it, quote it in writing, and deliver against that. Most smart home work and most software builds start here. |
| Assessment first | You know something is wrong but not what. We audit, report, and give you a prioritised list you are free to take elsewhere. |
| Ongoing support | An agreed monthly arrangement covering monitoring, maintenance and a response commitment. Common for businesses without internal IT. |
| Advisory | You have a team but want a second opinion before committing to a platform, a vendor or an architecture. Usually a handful of sessions. |
